Job Responsibilities:
1.Providing administrative support to General Manager and Marketing Director.
2.Arranging calendars and meetings.
3.Travel arrangement for GM,MD and visitors.(accommodation,flights,transportaion,visa applications,etc.)
4.Assist in business document compiling and translation.
5.Support the approval procedure,including contact chopping,signing,appplication processing,etc.)
6.Support the maintenance of GM office.
7.Other tasks assigned by assistant to GM.
Job Requirements:
1.Student in senior year.
2.Good spoken an written English.
3.Good communication skill.
4.Good at team work.
5.Detail oriented.
6.Related work experience preferred
