1. Attendance:
Attendance Collecting and filing of relates reports and forms, e.g. leave application, overtime applications, etc..;
相关报表的整理归档,如: 如请假单，加班单等。
Counting safety hours and report to EHS by email;
统计安全工时并通过电子邮件形式发送给EHS
2. Foreign Affairs: handle procedures for employment license, visa notification, etc..
协助办理外籍人员就业许可、签证通知等
3. People relations:
Issues about on-board employees, such as checking the data and documentations, and inputting information of new employees into system
员工入职事宜，如入职材料审核及员工信息录入系统；
Follow up the probation of new employees, timely collecting probation appraisal forms, etc..
跟踪新员工试用期情况，及时收集试用期鉴定表,等等
4. Assistance to other jobs, such as work-related injuries, social insurance cards, etc..
其他工作的协助，如工伤及医保卡办理等
Requirements:
职位要求：
1. College Senior or sophomore graduate with major in HR management or relevant;
大学四年级学生或研究生二年级学生，人力资源管理或其它相关专业
2. Good spoken and written English;
熟练的英语口语和读写能力
3. Good MS-office skills
熟练操作MS办公软件
4. Work 3 or 4 days per week for half a year
实习期半年，每周工作3 - 4天。
