Position: General Service Intern
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
---Monthly newsletter designing and editing，company activity following-up，general information update;
---Contact venders and employees;
---Make posters and cards for general service team.
---Assisting in E-reservation system upgrade，daily system maintenance and information update;
---HR intranet maintenance;
---Daily admin work support;
Requirements:
1. Students who will graduate in 2012. Can work at least 3 days per week, 6 months
2. Detail-oriented and careful
3. Be good at Photoshop. Preferred: have experience of making some posters for campus activities.
4. Be proficient in both written and oral English.
