Key duties and tasks:

1. 文字处理：相关文档（合同、协议、通知、会议材料等）的录入、核对、准备等工作；
Typewriting work(contract/agreement, notice or documents for meeting, etc. );

2. 文件收发：相关文档（如采购订单、合同或其它文书）的复印、传真、邮寄及回收回执等；
Distribute and collection fax, mail orders, contracts or other documents; follow up the feedback in time;

3. 文件管理：协助采购员进行相关文档的管理；
Assist buyer on documents (orders, contract/agreement, etc. ) management.

4. 其它工作：采购部门其它的辅助性工作；
Other auxiliary work related to purchasing.

Qualification and experience required for the job:

1. 在校大学生, 大专以上

College student

2. 熟练操作办公软件如MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint等

Familiar with Microsoft Office software.

3. 思维敏捷，动作迅速，理解/表达能力强，中英文俱佳

Quick thinking and motion, strong ability of understanding and expression, Good command of Mandarin and English.

4. 诚实，有责任心，具有合作精神，能承受工作压力

Be honest, sense of responsibility, team work spirit, can work under pressure
