职务内容：
1、每月定期到宝山工厂为日本专家做翻译。
2、严格按照公司规定的采购流程协助开展采购业务。
3、国内、进口采购订单的下达、到货跟踪、进口海运单据的核对和处理，各类采购费用的统计，发票、请款、文档的整理等事宜。
4、与供应商协商产品质量、短缺等问题。
5、跟踪样品信息。
6、协助采购经理了解各种化工原料的市场行情。
7、完成各类月度采购报表。
8、远期工作内容包括销售预测的收集、初步月度原料采购计划的制定和原料价格的核算、更新。
9、完成上级交给的其他事务性的工作。

岗位要求：
1、日语专业或等同日语会话能力（必须）。
2、英语良好，大专或以上学历，年龄25岁以下。
3、诚实、谦虚，工作细致认真、积极主动，有上进心、责任心，具有团队合作精神、良好的沟通表达能力和一定的组织协调能力，能承受压力。
4、学习能力强，应届毕业生亦可，有国际贸易实务经验或相关工作经验者优先。
5、电脑操作熟练，熟悉使用office软件。
