1. Power Electronics – Control Engineer---电力电子-控制算法工程师   

Typical Responsibilities 岗位职责：

Develop and verify control algorithms in P.E. product development

在电力电子产品开发中进行控制算法开发和验证

Debug and test together with software engineers/hard engineers while the software engineers implement the algorithm in product projects

在产品开发项目中，由软件工程师实施算法后与软件和电力电子硬件工程师进行调试和测试。

Participation in the development of products from concept to running production in projects.                                                                                                             参与从方案设计到量产的整个过程的产品开发

Contribute in building up application knowledge and solving application issues lined to control

在建立与控制相关的产品应用知识和解决产品应用问题上做出贡献

Requirements and Qualifications 任职要求：

Holding minimal a Master degree in power electronics or automation or control engineering or equivalent

电力电子，自动化或控制工程相关专业硕士以上学位

Experienced in control engineering in power electronics industry (>= 2 years)

有电力电子领域的控制算法工作经验 (2 年以上)

Understanding motor model (induction motor or PM motor etc. ) and control theory in-depth

深入理解电机模型 (异步电机或永磁同步电机等) 和控制理论

Familiar with electromagnetic field, electrical circuit and signal process theories

熟悉电磁场,电路和信号处理基本理论

Familiar with Matlab/Simulink and D-space

熟练使用Matlab/Simulink和D-Space

Experience in implementing with software will be a plus.

有软件实施经验更佳

Able to cooperating across borders and cultures and communicate well in English

良好的英语沟通能力，能适应全球化多文化的工作环境

Showing initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented

2. Power Electronic Engineer---电力电子研发工程师 

General Job Description

Design of power electronics.

Engineering test and verification of the design of power electronics.

Participation in the development of products from concept to running production in projects.

Qualifications

Experienced/knowledgeable in and flair for electrical product development (>=3 years).

A degree equal to or higher than bachelor in electrical related major.

Knowledge and experience in power electronic circuit design/test.

Capable of working independently and in teams, cooperating with specialists in other fields.

Show initiative, work systematically and goal-oriented.

Good English communication skills both in writing and speaking.
