Review material shortage report and work with purchasing, engineering, PM etc teams to close the shortage and drive CM to meet the build schedule. 4. Monitor the daily production status and drive the project team to close the issue to get production output on schedule. 5. Review daily PCBA backlog demand and release ship log for CM based on the shipment plan 6. Provide delivery commitment for sales and monitor CM, warehousing on time shipment performance to end customers. 7.
