1.      Analyst, Business Process

 

We are looking for the candidate to be able to build the capacity simulation in a more scientific way so we can do both allocation and most important long term capacity requirement.

This is a real development position & we're looking for a committed candidate that is interested in developing a long-term career plan as an experienced Capacity Planning Manager.
  We're expecting the candidate will be able to work independently after at least a 3-yr mentoring plan provided extensive exposures & on-the-job training by Operation team through a daily Operation planning/interaction with cross function team.
  After a 3-yr mentoring plan, we're expecting the candidate will be able to:
-- understand the knowledge in all stages of getting product to production in the most cost effective way.
-- Work independently under extensive exposures & on-the-job training given by business Operation and production Operation planning team.
-- Work well in busy & matrix operation with multi-tasks skill.

-- build a basic capacity simulation models and be able to run different scenarios in both short and long team.

-- be able to analyze capacity scenarios and make recommendation for management review.

-- continue to maintain and modify the simulation tool to best fit the needs

 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess a master degree in mathematical and computer science, or equivalent.
- Be able to communicate well in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrates ability to describe workflow and prepares draft in form of procedure/plan.
- Has hands-on experience in operating various computing languages, such as computer scripts or macro.
- Has strong analytical skill in areas that may affect capacity dynamic such as segment demand trend, constraints assumption, cost and benefit factors.
- Understands the basic of graphics card manufacturing flow.
- Understands the basic supply chain planning flow from forecasting to distribution.

Support the ADC sourcing team for supplier database maintenance, including documents collecting, price list, supplier product list.

Assist the sample collecting to fulfill the board build schedule in time.

Job Description:

As part of the NVIDIA's Procurement Team, your main responsibility is to ensure smooth and problem free supply chain delivery for NVIDIA's Add In Card (AIC) Partners and Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEMs) in all phases of product life cycles.

Responsibilities:

-Drive, direct, and influence procurement strategies on managing board component commodities, in providing optimal Time To Market for NVIDIA's AIC Partners and CEMs in line with the company's business models.

-Develop, manage, and establish long-term relationships with components suppliers to continually improve quality, delivery and cost.

-Monitor and communicate current market conditions, roadmaps, and identify supply/demand challenges overseas.

Qualifications:

-Must be passionate about Supply Chain challenges.

-Experience working with PCBA components manufacturers in Asia.

4.      Compatibility Engineer

 

Job Description:

Board / System Compatibility Engineer for PC systems and graphics cards. This position will be responsible for Compatibility, Reliability, Technical Validation and game performance testing to ensure quality assurance of NVIDIA's products which are designed and fabricated in accordance with the product specifications. Include general graphics cards, Workstation/Server graphics card, NVIDIA Chipset motherboard, embedded system products, multimedia systems, and more.

Responsibilities:

       -Follow the test plan to do the validation test with graphics cards and motherboards. Include Compatibility, Reliability, Technical Validation and Game Performance test.

        -Maintain and modify general test case and test plan. To ensure the plan can cover the test items of all latest functions and designs in time and avoid any issue escape.

       -Develop necessary automation test software used for test and validation, to improve efficiency of validation process

       -Provide debug and troubleshooting recommendation to design team

Requirements:

       -Bachelor’s degree on EE, Computer Science and relative field

        -Good understanding of Graphics Card and computer system architecture

        -Be familiar with both Windows and Linux and popular applications，Popular evaluation software, Chinese popular on-line games and PC games.

5.      Compliance Engineer

 

Job Description:

You will be a member of NVIDIA Compliance Engineering team in our Shenzhen Design Center. The major function of this group is to aggressively design and develop high performance 3D graphics system products.

Your responsibility will include signal integrity analysis, EMC design and optimization, product safety design and evaluation. You will also work with 3rd party independent laboratories and agencies for product regulatory compliance approvals.

Minimum requirements:

- Qualified candidates should have a MSEE or PhD preferred.

- Favored to have major in micro wave or radio technology.

- A good knowledge of transmission line analysis. Hands on experience of lab measurement tools such as oscilloscope, TDR, VNA and spectrum analyzer is a plus.

- Communication skills in English are required.

Job Description:

Board / System Qualifying Engineer for PC systems and graphics products. This position will be responsible for qualification and signal integrity measurement of state-of-the-art board level system using NVIDIA silicon chip products. Qualification and signal integrity measurement may include desktop PC motherboards, notebook motherboards, graphics cards, embedded system products, multimedia systems, and more. Contribute system and board level engineering expertise to specification and design of the latest complex products. Successful candidate will be in a dynamic engineering environment, with the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of exciting and challenging projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Qualification and signal integrity measurement for next generation PC and graphics platforms

- Signal integrity/DC-DC Power solutions testing and debugging

- Signal integrity failure analysis

- Signal quality measurement and analysis of high speed busses.

- Signal quality measurement and analysis of analog DC/DC power designs

- Signal quality measurement and analysis of digital and analog display signals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- You must be a current student studying BS/MSEE

- Experience with PC architecture

Job Description:

Design, implement, modification, test and documentation of firmware, drivers and test applications for small microcontroller, embedded application processors and PC based system.

Qualification:

-MS degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering or electrical engineering.

-Experience in assembly language, C, C and real time OS (RTOS).

-Good knowledge of hardware components in embedded and PC systems.

-Excellent English language skills to work effectively with global development teams.

–Experience of developing RF systems or FPGA or PC boards would be a bonus.

Job Description:

As the board level PCB design engineer role, this position is responsible for all NVIDIA chip solutions' projects PCB design. The job is taking the responsibility of transferring the schematic design into the printed circuit board basing on signal integrity requirement, power integrity requirement, EMC regulatory requirement, manufacture requirement and end-user usability requirement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering

- Strong knowledge on the circuit theory, especially for analog circuit design

- Good knowledge on the DC-DC power design

- Good knowledge on the signal integrity theory

- Good knowledge on the power integrity theory

- C is must, C and JAVA are preferred, Direct x is a plus.

Job Description:

1. Review PCBA and System forecast with master planning, sales demand team to confirm the build forecast

2. Convert Production order and arrange mass production build plan in Contracted Manufacturing.

3. Review material shortage report and work with purchasing, engineering, PM etc teams to close the shortage and drive CM to meet the build schedule.

4. Monitor the daily production status and drive the project team to close the issue to get production output on schedule.

5. Review daily PCBA backlog demand and release ship log for CM based on the shipment plan

6. Provide delivery commitment for sales and monitor CM, warehousing on time shipment performance to end customers.

Job Description/Qualifications:

As a member of the compliance Engineering group (SI & EMC), you support the system engineering groups to optimize, design and develop high performance graphics, PC, handheld, and embedded products. You will also work with 3rd party vendors to maintain a high level of simulation model accuracy. The members that are part of this group are outstanding individuals that will need to handle challenging high speed designs, model generation, verification and pre/post layout simulation and constraint management of high speed digital interfaces. Work as part of a team with logic, module designers, PCB and component engineers to characterize systems and define physical implementation strategies. Some knowledge of EMC would be preferred as well.

Job Description:

- Follow all SBI, FCI, STP, make sure CEM works out its SOP, PMP according to NVIDIA documents.

- Perform First Article Inspection review to assure compliance to specifications.

- Audit CMs process and quality systems for compliance with NVIDIA requirements for manufacture of System assembly product and graphic card. Prepare and follow QMP as specific product quality plan.

- Strong mathematical fundamentals, including linear algebra and numerical methods
- Familiar with CPU system architecture and OS fundamentals
- Experience with parallel programming, especially data-parallel and/or CUDA programming, a plus
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematical field (BS minimum, MS or PhD preferred)

- Good communication skills

- Good problem solving skills
- Some travel to conferences and for on-site visits with developers will be required

 

26. GPU-ASIC-Physical Design Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Chip level Integration

--Formal Verification

- Work in conjunction with Place and Route Engineers to achieve timing closure for both partition level and full chip level

- Develop and enhance entire timing closure flow from frontend (pre-layout) to backend (post-layout) at both chip and block level.
- Develop custom timing scripts using tcl/primetime for clock skew analysis, special circuits such as clock dividers, core logic <-> IO macros interfaces such as PCI-E, Frame-Buffer/Memory, TMDS, etc.
- Develop flow to physically partition and floorplan the entire chip.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
-BSEE, MSEE is preferred

-Project experience in IC design implementation

-Courses taken in circuit design, digital design

-Hand-on experience in EDA software from Synopsys (DC/PT/Formality), Cadence (LEC)  preferred

-Proficient user of Perl or TCL is preferred
