1.为金山词霸产品提供热线、在线咨询解答服务；
2.收集统计反馈用户意见及需求，完善产品品质。
任职资格
1.计算机相关专业或了解计算机软硬件基础及网络基础，打字熟练；
2.接收大专及以上学历的在校学生，可周一至周五全职工作；
3.具务良好的服务意识，普通话流畅，善于沟通，心理素质好，能承受工作压力；
4.熟悉金山词霸软件者优先。
