Market leading E-Commerce Company seeks HR intern

Motion Global is an Australian owned E-Retailing & software development Company with a specialty in Designer Products. With over 10 years unrivalled experience in Direct Marketing, Motion Global combines IT Technology and Global Product Distribution to continue its exponential growth. With an internal culture of Best Practice, Motion Global managesall aspects of its operations in-house including: Information Technology, Web Design, SEO Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Product Development and Procurement. Motion Global's Asian head office is situated in Shanghai with 50 staff.

Excellent Internship Opportunity (12 months)

The Motion Global Shanghai office is seeking a HR intern to assist the Company's growth and its staff development. Reporting to the Directors of Motion Global you will work one day-to-day implementation of our
Human Resource requirements. Furthermore you will get the chance to work in an international company with people of various backgrounds.

Tasks & Responsibilities

General HR Duties
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Co-ordinate all recruitment activities and induction process for new starters
- Be accessible and respond to staff/manager enquiries in a timely manner

HR Administration
Establish and maintain administrative systems and processes that allow effective management of all correspondence, reporting requirements and documentation, including personal details of all new staff members and updating and accurately maintaining data of all existing employees.

Skills & Requirements
- Advanced level of English, Fluency in Chinese is a bonus.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and a positive "can do" attitude.
- Minimum commitment of 12 months
