Reporting to the Sales Manager;
1. Assist Sales Executive(s) and other Sales Consultant(s) on sales opportunities;
2. Follow instructions from Sales Executive(s) to consult and manage product issues.
Including identifying potential opportunities with clients;
3. Perform primary purchasing functions, including ETA management and notifications;
4. Maintain a high level of customer service, both internally and externally;
5.First point of contact for all incoming enquiries;
6.Assist with logistics where required to ensure timely delivery of all products;
7. Perform lead generation activities as directed by marketing (e.g. telemarketing).
• Skills & Experience
1. Interns, graduates and experienced people can apply;
2. Excellent presentation, time management, and communications skills in English &Chinese;
3. Knowledgeable in general hardware, software and networking;
4. Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows.
• Qualifications
1. Under-graduates or graduates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
2.Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage;
3. Customer service and/or marketing experience would be an advantage.
