Position: Project Assistant （项目助理）
Location: Chengdu
Your Roles and Responsibilities
* Assist Project Manager in creating all the project deliverables for initiating, planning, execution, controlling and closing phases.;
* To ensure that the works are in accordance to the approved work schedules, quality and costs.
* Develop and demonstrate a good understanding of the client’s business, their needs, expectations, and requirements.
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
* Clerical and project documentation support to Project Manager on projects.
* Maintain communication with English and Chinese speaking associates to ensure proper coordination of projects.
* Oversee and execute other project management duties as assigned.
* Assistant Project Manager in day to day tasks.
主要工作职责：
1， 在所有项目发起、计划、执行、控制和结束的各阶段协助项目经理的工作；
2， 确保工作项目符合已核准的工作时间表、质量和成本；
3， 发展并表现出对客户的良好理解力，包括他们的行业，需要，期望和要求；
4， 有解决实际问题的能力和灵活应变能力；
5， 在项目中为项目经理提供文书和项目文件的支持；
6， 保持英语和汉语的流利沟通，以确保项目的顺畅协调；
7， 监督和执行其他项目管理等工作；
8， 协助项目经理处理日常任务。
Our Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited university or college;
* Proficient in use of MS Office software is a must;
* About 1 year working experiences in software development environment. Excellent graduate will also be considered.
* Ability to work under pressure and deadlines and ability to perform multitasks;
* Creative, resourceful with open minds;
* Intelligent, hardworking, responsible and committed;
* Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of clients and staff;
* Language Requirements: good communication skill in English is a must.

1， 全国统招大学本科学历，专业不限。但需对游戏行业充满热情。
2， 熟练运用微软办公软件，包括Word，Excel，PPT等。
3， 能够承受工作压力，有时间观念，能胜任多任务环境。
4， 有创造性，头脑机智学习能力强。
5， 聪明，能干，积极主动，有强烈责任心。
6， 优秀的个人品格，良好的团队协作能力，针对不同对象（客户或同事）均有较强的互动沟通能力并对他人能施加影响力。
7， 优秀的英语实际应用能力。
8， 有1年以上相关工作经验者优先考虑。同时也欢迎本科应届毕业生应聘实习生。
