Position:Training Support - Secretary (one year contractor)
Overview
The Training department provides comprehensive programs for all professional staff with an aim of maintaining and building high quality service.
This is an exciting opportunity to improve their technical, people management, and presentation and training skills. The role will provide support on training projects, including training programme arrangements, Training database input and so on. The responsibilities are:-
Responsibilities
-- To collect the course enrolment;
-- To arrange the course materials;
-- To monitor the course attendance;
-- To collect the course feedback;
-- To arrange air-tickets and hotel for the trainers
-- To prepare various course related reports;
-- E-learning track
-- Training database input and update
-- Others training support
Experience
-- Bachelor degree
-- Good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, Word, PPT
-- Strong planning and organizing skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
-- Strong people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally.
-- Good written and oral English
-- Previous experience in training administration or secretary role would be a plus for the application
