职位描述:
1. 负责转接外来电话及公司内部员工电话;
2. 负责公司来客的接待,按照流程接待日常访客;
3. 负责会议室、公共区域内的事务管理;
4. 负责公司出差员工的飞机票和酒店的预定工作;
5. 负责翻译一般事务性文件;
6. 根据人事行政经理的要求完成其它工作。
职位要求:
1、本科以上学历,英语,法律或会计专业毕业。
2、英语听说读写流利,六级以上,能做到书面中英文互译;
3、160cm以上,普通话标准,一年以上前台工作经验,形象气质佳,简历请附个人照片4、熟练操作现代办公设备及各种计算机办公软件(如Word,Excel,PowerPoint等);
5、具有良好的亲和力、沟通能力及执行能力;
6、工作热情、细致周到、责任心强。
(应届本科毕业生如条件优秀,也可考虑)
