Bleum is committed to developing its single most important asset - its people. Every year, from October to November, Bleum starts its annual "Campus Recruiting" program. We offer staff clearly defined career paths and ensure that they receive the best training and on the job support and mentoring possible. Bleum runs a formalized graduate recruitment campaign selecting students nationwide from 2002. Successful graduates participate in the annual graduate trainee program that starts every July. Requirements: 职位要求

1. Bachelor degree or above， major is unlimited.

2. High passion to work in software industry.

3. Strong problem analysis ability and logical thinking.

4. A good team player and quick learner.

5. Willing to pay attention to detail and take responsibility;

6. Good English both in oral and written;

7. Familiar with object-oriented analysis and design;

8. Familiar with at least one object-oriented language;

9. Have knowledge about data structures, database, operating system and computer network
