The objective of the Management Trainee Program is to give you a strong foundation to prepare you for long-term success as a leader with Starwood. Your training will give you a well-rounded understanding of the hotel and your chosen field. The design and length of the program should ensure a strong building block from which to grow. You will continually learn and grow to ensure you will make contributions to the job and add value to our organization.
2011 Starwood MT program will recruit management trainees in Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and Revenue. There is no strict requirement for your major; as long as you have strong passion for hospitality industry as well as confidence in your capability and potential, you are most welcomed!
