Researchers Job. 
-          Develop strong understanding of companies and industries. 
-          Build a strong network of qualified candidates for a number of positions.
-          Support consultants to identify and select candidates that match client needs.

Requirements
-          Excellent communication skills.  Strong interpersonal skills.
-          Analysis skills and ability to understand business issues and assess people needs.
-          Never give up attitude.  Willing to fight barriers and challenges.
-          Able to work quickly and on many projects at one time.
-          Existing interest or knowledge in our core industries would be a plus.

-          Engineering education background is preferred.
