POSITION SUMMARY
Execute supplier development responsibility in WAI China including supplier audit, assessment, production validation/approval, supplier development, quality issues resolution and improvement. Report to Supplier Development Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Conduct new supplier assessments.
2.Perform supplier quality assurance effort through APQP and PPAP processes, effective application of statistical analysis techniques in reference to TS16949 and QS9000 requirements. Manage outgoing inspection processes working with manufacturing supplier
3.Conduct Supplier Quality Systems Review, process/product audits on a scheduled time line to provide ongoing quality assurance and drive improvement.
4.Perform supplier development, remove waste from the value stream and improve supply chain efficiency.
5.Perform quality improvement efforts. Responsible for customer complaints, work with suppliers for trouble shooting, corrective actions and non-confirming return.
6.Liaison with customers on customers' audit, customer quality issues, customer sample approval and customers' specification compliance;
7.Ensure product quality compliance with national and international standards and legislation, considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards;
8.Implement and maintain quality rules and procedures
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1.Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2.Familiar with TS16949 and knowledge or experience in electric motor manufacturing.
3.Application of Six Sigma tools, Lean principle, and FMEA. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
4.Good project Management, communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated skills in problem solving. Analytical, structured way of thinking.
5.Flexibility and mobility, willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%
6.Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
7.Highest standard of integrity, self-confident and disciplined. Organized with attention to details. Strong sense of responsibility
8.Good at MS office- excel, ppt and so on.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Based on direction from Sales Manager of WAI China, this position will deal with sales supporting jobs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Follow up customers’ order and on time delivery. Cooperate with Finance to collect account receivable.
2.Assist salesman to offer the quotation.
3.Loading WAI, GMBH orders to ERP system.
4.Implement TS16949 quality procedure, summarize monthly orders and sales report.
5.Cooperate with Logistic dept to deliver customs clearance documents.
6.Customer feedback information management.
7.Assist supervisor to prepare auto show.
8.Other jobs related with sales supporting.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
This position will have no subordinates.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.20-35 years old, College degree or above.
2.Familiar with MS office including Excel Word and Outlook.
3.Be willing to work under pressure, and be able to learn new skill quickly.
4.To be responsible for completing the assigned tasks in time.
5.Team work oriented, familiar with ERP.
6.CET-4 or above.

2.Control Drawing and relevant document.
3.Release approved new product to the relevant of departments.
4.Sort and clear engineering samples.
5.File, drawing scan and archive.
6.Upload drawing to server.
7.ECO/DEV/PCN
8.Communicate with US to get the necessary information and support.
9.Drawing, spec, validation report management.
10.Baan ERP system handle.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
This position will have no subordinates.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
1.College degree or above.
2.To be familiar with office software, and documentation management procedure.
3.Excellent communication skills and good team spirit.
4.Fluent English in writing.
