The Altair HyperStudy QA Engineer is fully responsible for the testing and evaluation of the product for various use cases on different platforms. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create overall QA plans and test case documents
- Review and finalize plans in conjunction with program Manager.
- Functionality, Usability and Performance testing of HyperStudy.
- Evaluate, Develop and implement test procedures for automating HyperStudy testing.
- Create, maintain and report execution of test cases
- Work with developers and Automation team to resolve there queries relating to product use cases.
- Resolve queries from customers and support teams.
- Report and Validate defect relating to HyperStudy.
- Review all documentation and Tutorials for HyperStudy and related applications.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of industry experience relating to DOE, Optimization, Stochastic studies is must.
- Strong work experience with engineering design software such as mode FRONTIER, Optimus, LMS Virtual. Lab is desired. CAE software knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience/Exposure relating to testing and Quality assurance of software desired.
- Aggressive and creative problem solver who is highly goal oriented
- Good people, time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written) - the ability to articulate clearly and succinctly to a variety of audiences (PMs,Developers, Support Team, Customers, etc)
- Familiarity with other Operating Systems such as UNIX and Linux systems is desired.
Minimum Education Required:

We are seeking a world-class engineer to lead the testing (QA) and the high level technical support of OptiStruct/Radioss bulk. Requirements

Basic Functions:
The initial focus will be on quality assurance (QA). The Altair HyperMath QA Engineer is fully responsible for the testing and evaluation of the product for various use cases on different platforms. He or she will work with the HyperMath Program Manager and the development team, providing feedback on functionality, usability, and performance during the development and release cycle. Based on performance, the candidate will be offered the option to gradually take on HyperMath Customer Support Engineer role. As support engineer he or she will work with customers directly or indirectly.
QA Duties and Responsibilities:
o Create overall QA plans and test case documents
o Review and finalize plans in conjunction with program Manager.
o Functionality, Usability and Performance testing of HyperMath.
o Evaluate, Develop and implement test procedures for automating HyperMath testing.

o Work with developers and Automation team to resolve there queries relating to product use cases.
o Resolve queries from customers and support teams.
o Report and Validate defect relating to HyperMath.

Support Duties and Responsibilities:
o Understand customer needs & provide solution in HyperMath
o Work with Business Development Manager & other Support Engineers to produce a solution
o Get trained in other Altair products as needed
o Conduct HyperMath training for customers
o Demonstrate HyperMath to potential customers
Requirements:
o 2 years of industry experience relating to numerical or data analysis applications.
o Strong working experience with numerical analysis software such as Matlab, Scilab with good knowledge of math functions is must.
o Experience/Exposure relating to testing and Quality assurance of software desired.
o Experience with CAE software is a plus
o Aggressive and creative problem solver who is highly goal oriented
o Good people, time management and organizational skills

2. 具备深厚的力学和非线性有限元理论知识，有丰富的非线性有限元数值编程经验；有商业非线性有限元软件开发经验者优先;
3. 熟悉至少一种非线性有限元商业软件，比如ABAQUS;
4. 熟悉至少一种编程语言，比如Fortran或C;
5. 具备良好的英语交流能力；
6. 具备独立学习和解决问题的能力，以及良好的团队合作精神；
