招聘职位：

1、Process Engineer

Responsibilities:

-         Daily monitoring of process performances and conducting of necessary trouble shooting / countermeasures in the production lines to assure that the targets regarding waste, process capability and quality are met.

-         Monitor production processes to guarantee the conformance with process specifications.

-         Respond to manufacturing quality issues by conducting root cause investigations, identifying and implementation of corrective actions

-         Carry out process qualification and validation, include resulting activities.

-         Act as a technical manufacturing process specialist, responsible for the execution of activities and projects to improve the productivity as well as the product quality.

-         Support the implementation of systems and programs to promote manufacturing process improvements in-line with strategic plans.

Requirement:

-         Bachelor or Master graduate, Majored in Mechanical & industry is preferred.

2、AR Accountant

Responsibilities:

 - Control accuracy of information integrated into accounting application A/R (billing systems).
-  Control and follow up of outstanding debtors per aging balances analysis
- Provide information on customers’ accounts on demand from finance operation.
- Control completeness customer's request forms and create customers in the Financial master file
- Provide support to other finance team to reach monthly closing deadline.
- Book I/C payments received prepare and send monthly I/C confirmations (debtors)
- Prepare dunning letters
- Work with own team and/or with other process teams to identify, and implement improvement opportunities.
- Deliver high levels of customer service within the AR process area, in accordance with process performance.
- Helpful, friendly and informative communications.
- Proactive in meeting customer needs and requirements.

Requirement:

-         Bachelor or Master graduate, Majored in finance or accounting is preferred.

3、Cost Accountant:

Responsibilities:

- Establish cost calculation module in ERP system to fulfill company’s financial requirement;

- Routine costing works (Collection of costing information and input in system, etc.);

- Analyze costing structure, productivity to issue improvement report to drive business operation;

- Cost calculation and prepare cost reporting pack and submit cost analysis report for management punctually and accurately;

- Relevant documentation filing and update regularly;

- Occasional and other things required.

Requirement:

-         Bachelor or Master graduate, Majored in finance or accounting is preferred.

4、SQE (Chemical)

Responsibilities:

- Maintain supplier quality management system. Monitor supplier quality performance, audit supplier, issue supplier management documentation. Track supplier CPK, Gage R&R, develop measurement tools, and perform correlation study. Ensure supplier quality can meet or exceed BPI target.

- Support supplier/part localization to reduce material cost. Source and qualify new suppliers and approve new parts.

- Support new product development, give input to R&D for drawing/design issues, and qualify new parts/suppliers for new products. Work as a bridge between suppliers and designers.

- Provide engineering support for incoming inspection to ensure the quality of incoming material. Give instructions to incoming inspection, train inspectors, feedback quality issues to suppliers on time. Issue Nonconformance report and Supplier Corrective Action Report to suppliers, verify the root cause and check the effectiveness of corrective actions. Ensure supplier to make continuous improvement to meet BPI requirement.

- Support production line. Assist production line on new products/problems. Engineering support for smooth transfer from prototype manufacturing to mass production feedback design issues fund by production to R&D people.

- Dispose MRB (Material Review Board) material detected by incoming inspection and production line.

Responsibilities:

-         Master or PHD graduate, majored in Electrochemistry or Chemistry Department is preferred.

5、Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement battery mechanical component designs with the goals of ease of manufacturing and cost reduction;
- Design, construct, and debug mechanical fixtures required to support production;
- Support design of cell packaging for multiple modes of transportation;
- Support the research and product development of lithium-ion batteries and packs;
- Support technology transfer to manufacturing;
- Develop, improve and implement test methods for battery component qualification;
- Participate in product problem-solving teams;
- Provide timely project status reports to Engineering and Production teams.

Responsibilities:

-         Bachelor or Master graduate, Majored in Mechanical, Mechanical-Electronic Control, and Automation is preferred.
