一、招聘流程：

1．宣讲会现场，公司做宣传并接受简历；

2．简历筛选，并通知符合要求的应聘者面试和笔试时间；

3．通过面试和笔试综合成绩进行筛选，将结果发往美国主管，安排二面；

4．通过二面后公司通知结果。

注：宣讲会现场接受简历，笔试面试另行安排，在两周之内通知。

二、宣讲会安排：

西安电子科技大学

宣讲会时间：10月19日，晚上7:00-9:30

宣讲地址：新校区（本科部）D211

宣讲会内容：主要介绍公司概况，以及中国公司发展历程。并安排互动交流，使同学可以了解与自己兴趣相关的技术。

届时将会有负责中国公司的美国高管来做现场宣传，并有技术专家及项目负责人与同学进行交流。

三、招聘职位：

1．数据统计分析师

Statistical Data Analyst

职位要求：

1． 理科背景，专业不限。优先考虑计算机、数学、统计专业应届毕业生；

2． 学习成绩优异，如可提供成绩单（特别是主修专业课成绩）为佳；

3． 英语读写流利；

4． 有以下相关技术基础可优先考虑：

具有如下软件技能之一：SAS或SPSS，如有认证为佳；

具有SQL Server 、Oracle或DB2数据库使用经验；

在校期间学习课程数据挖掘或数据分析等相关课程。

主要职责： 

1． 采集并转换各种格式数据； 

2． 将数据转换成便于分析的形式，

3． 执行数据质量检查和清理；

4． 对数据进行建模和分析。

Desired Qualifications:

1. Math or Science background, any majors are welcome. Recent graduates with computer science, mathematics, or statistics majors are preferred.

2. Excellent grades at college. Provision of college transcript (especially grades on courses for a major) is a plus.

3. Proficiency in English, both reading and writing

4. Preference will be given to candidates in possession of the following technical knowledge or experience:

-Knowledge of SAS of SPSS. Certification in either is a plus;

-Knowledge in SQL Server, Oracle or DB2;

-Study in Data Mining, Data Analysis or other related classes at college;

Responsibilities:

1. Collect and read data from various sources and formats;

2. Prepare and manipulate data for analysis;

3. Perform quality check and data cleaning;

Conduct data analysis and modeling.

2．Web软件开发工程师

Web software development engineer 

职位要求：

1． 理科背景，专业不限。优先考虑计算机、软件工程专业应届毕业生；

2． 学习成绩优异，如可提供成绩单（特别是主修专业课成绩）为佳；

3． 英语读写流利；

4． 有以下相关技术基础可优先考虑：

具有如下软件技能之一：.net,Java，了解面向对象程序开发和设计；

具有SQL Server 、Oracle或DB2数据库使用经验；

在校期间学习软件开发课程。

主要职责： 

1．网站UI页面制作； 

2．根据项目需要编写SQL；

3．参与项目的测试工作，统计和修复bug；
