Job description of Intern

 

Requirements:

1.         Bachelor degree or above.

2.         Have basic communication, analysis and judgment skill. Great interest and passion for the job.

3.         Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and orally. CET- 6 or above. Fluent in oral English preferred.

4.         Result orientation. Have team work spirit. Agree with the value of company.

5.         Good computer skills, particularly in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

6.         Fresh student can be considered.

7.         Please attach the recent photo in resume.

 

Responsibility

1.         Provide office services for customer, including filing, typing, translation, arrangements of business trip and time schedule etc.

2.         Answer and place telephone calls. Take accurate messages by recording, retrieving and relaying accurate information.

3.         Work on assigned projects independently (e.g. marketing information collection etc.).

4.         Support consultant management and improvement.

5.         Other administrative support or routine work.

 

需求:

1.         本科以上学历；

2.         可以培养的沟通、分析、说服和判断能力。持续性的工作热情；

3.         良好的中英文文听说书写能力，英语六级以上，口语流利者优先；

4.         以结果为导向。具备团队精神。认同企业的价值观；

5.         良好的计算机操作能力，熟悉Microsoft的Office 软件；

6.         应届毕业生可考虑；

7.         请在简历上附近照。

 

职责:

1.         办公室日常工作: 数据录入,文档撰写,翻译,安排商务会见与行程等事务性工作；

2.         接打部门电话,准确传递信息；

3.         独立完成指定的项目(如市场信息收集等)；

4.         协助顾问跟进项目的进程；

5.         其它上级指派任务。
