    -Our experienced in executive search and recruitment service over 10 years, for our new Shanghai branch, we keep our aim, strive to be the creative consultative firm which having new value of synthetically talent resource.
    -The core business of OMI Associates Shanghai branch is executive search. In order to execute this strategy, a network of partners and informants has been created. OMI Shanghai branch is mainly focus on executive search, therefore all core activities are focused on search in the Talent market.
   

Purpose of the Job:
    1、协助顾问与客户保持良好的沟通；
    2、根据客户的要求，协助顾问搜寻合适的候选人；
    3、撰写推荐报告；
    4、在推荐候选人的过程，协助顾问做好企业与个人之间良好的沟通与面试安排。
   
    Requirements:
    1、专业不限，男女不限；
    2、英语听、说、写熟练；
    3、个性开朗、阳光，有良好的沟通能力；
    4、对猎头咨询行业有一定的兴趣；
