职位描述：
Responsibilities of the position:
• Participate and lead R&D project in material and process development relevant to Turbocharger;
• Support Asia specified product platform and introduce new materials/process technique
• Work on the prime metallurgical engineer for one platform in terms of materials specification, material/process selection, material usage standardization and materials characterization;
• Support Asia specified product platform to conduct the technical diagnosis and solution for failure parts
Qualifications:
l Masters degree or above in Materials Science & Engineering with at least 3-5 years hands-on industrial experience
l Be capable of providing sound technical, professional, and performance leadership in at least one area of alloy design, failure analysis, tribology, corrosion, surface engineering, working independently without direct materials related assistance.
l Be able to demonstrate solid metallurgy background and demonstrate a certain capability of failure analysis.
l Be familiar with engineering materials and material specifications (ASTM, EN, GB, etc), including cast iron, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, stainless steel, cast superalloy, etc.
l Be familiar with six sigma tool. Green belt certified preferably.
l Must be fluent in written and spoken English;
