Primary responsibility:  
Established in 2001, iSoftStone is a leading China-based provider of outsourced technology services, including IT consulting & solutions, IT outsourcing services and business process outsourcing services. This position is for Microsoft project and will work onsite in Microsoft Shenzhen Branch.

•Handling business traveling arrangement: air-ticket, insurance, VISA application and so on.
•Controlling expense reimbursement process, including invoice check and monthly report submit.
•In charge of onboard and check-out process.
•Handling asset procurement and management, maintaining the asset summary report.
•Maintaining timesheet.
•Maintaining recruiting information in the database and related reports.
•Post internal job adverts.

Qualifications：
Need fulltime work from Monday to Friday, at least 1 year.

Requirements:
•Strength in English writing and reading
•Patient and careful personality, well organized on work and detail oriented
•Strong sense of responsibilities
•Experienced in MS office tools, especially Excel
•Able to work under pressure
•Good team player
