Job Title: Performance Tuning Engineer

Job Description: You will be working with the-state-of-art technologies (10Gb/s network; newest servers; pushing the newest servers to its best performance by tuning hardware/OS/software); using the most advanced system inside and out of Intel. All the results suppose to be better than or equivalent to world-record. you might also need to write automation code in perl*, shell* scripts and Java*. Open both to experience and colleague graduate students; Good interns have the option to convert into formal employee. as our equipment depreciation is much higher than salary cost, we hope to hire the best people in CS.

Qualifications:

1. Must have got your bachelor degree in Computer Science(must have), ideally from Fudan, PKU or Tsinghua, Tongji and SJTU or oversea;

2. Must have taken classes of Data structure, OS(Operating System), C/C , Database and at least one computer hardware course; and rank top 50% on OS.

3. Some experience with Linux* or Unix* or VBA*, Shell* scripts, Perl*, but not required for excellent students.

4. Good in English; Ability to work at Intel Shanghai ZiZhu office at least 4 week-day a week in next 3~12 months if u are for intern.

5. Diligent.

If you have solid theoretic background and are diligent, we welcome you. We will exam and test you thoroughly, you won't be able to pass the basic exam if you don't meet the first 2 items. So make sure you indeed satisfy the first 2 items before you apply.
