职位描述：
The Commercial Leadership Program(CLP) is an intense 2-year entry-level development program requiring 3 rotational assignments in sales and /or marketing roles to accelerate the growth and development of exceptional talent
Essential Responsibilities:
1) Will have three 6-10 months assignments in different sales / marketing roles, which cover different products / regions / customers in China.
2) Closely work with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable products to address those needs
3) Build strong relationship with local distributor, end user or design institute under different sales scenario
4) Strictly follow internal policy and GE compliance standard
5) Will travel within and across the region
Qualifications/Requirements
1) 2011 fresh bachelor/master graduates with major in Medical science, Engineering, Biomedical engineering, and commercial etc.
2) Passionate in sales career, willing to take challenge roles and work under pressure
3) Geographic mobility all over China; willing to travel
4) Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player
5) Demonstrates GE value and leadership potential
6) Fluent in English
