电动汽车部Account Manager客户经理

【Mission】
Customer retention in E-Car business (owner of customers, and interface to address customer requirements); E-Car business development in China; Creating China E-car market overview and transparency, as well as the relevant business development strategy

【Contacts】
Reporting to Section Manager; Focusing on business development and customer retention;
Internal: Superior Sales Director / Peer Sales, Marketing Colleagues, HQ Sales&Marketing colleagues / Regional Sales etc.                  
External: close contact with existing customers and potential customers

【Tasks】
Creating and maintaining (updating) market overview of China E-Car industry: including latest information on regulation, major E-Car producers, and major E-Car component suppliers; also major future trends.      
Acting as the owner of existing customers: pricing negotiation, relationship maintenance, realizing sales growth with existing customers with growth opportunities, and working closely with other BU functions (PLM, R&D/engineering and manufacturing) to address customer requirements      
Identifying major potential customers and realizing sales growth by new customer business development (including jointly with BU R&D/engineering to work together with customers on their prototype/pilot development)      
Close cooperation with regional sales regarding any general business development opportunities

Technologies: Motor control products know-how  
 Complete vehicle system know-how  
 E-Car basic knowledge (including industry landscape and trends in China)  
 Methodologies:  Project management  
 Account management  
 Moderation and presentation techniques  
 Sales and marketing techniques  

【Profess. Knowledge:】
  English  
  Bidding processes, documentation  
  Microsoft Office Packages  
  Relevant international/national standards and laws  

【Experience】
Around 5 years sales experiences in automotive industry
(experiences with top 10 Chinese car manufacturering groups is a must).
Detailed knowledge and excellent relationship with car OEMs in China.
Profound understanding of decision making processes.
Generalist with respect to car/engine technologies and services.  
Have strong communications, coordination, presentation skills, and customer relationship management skill. Experiences in leading domestic and international sales teams are a strong advantage.        
Experiences with international working environment is preferred        
Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (Auto or Electronic Engineering preferred)
