Process Engineer 流程工程师 （2人）

Overall Purpose：

Execute the process calculation and issue all the necessary process files for the proposals or projects of the company; choose the optimized plan according to customers, make heat calculation, size the equipment designed by ALHZ, establish and file the Process File, check technical offer of suppliers and the technical parameter in contract, define equipment control principles.

Qualification：

Bachelor degree or above, majored in chemical engineering or Cryogenic;

Good communication skill and team work spirit, rigorous and sense of responsibility;

Good English. 

岗位概述：

负责项目或投标有关的流程计算与流程文件， 应客户要求选择流程最优方案，为装置进行热力计算,选择设备尺寸，建立并归档流程文件，检查供应商技术报价和合同技术参数，明确设备的控制原则等。

要求：

Electrical Engineer电气工程师 （1人）

Overall Purpose：

Responsible for HV/MV/LV electrical design work of the ASU, including design, inspection, customer communication, site supervision and commissioning，participate in the selection and procurement of electrical equipment, select and coordinate the services of electrical construction companies.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Electrical engineering and automation;

Team worker and have good communication skills;

Accept site mission;

Good English.

Estimation Engineer 预算工程师 （1人）

Overall Purpose:

Prepare cost sheets, perform capitalization for the executed project and assist Estimation Team Manager to establish and maintain the estimation database，benchmark the bidding price with the market price; attend the bid review meeting; analyze the open bidding result; update the estimation tools.

Qualification:

Bachelor or above degree of engineering major, good English

PV Engineer 压力容器工程师 （2人）

Overall Purpose:

Execute the PV calculation and issue all the necessary basic and detail files for the proposals or projects of the company; establish bill of material calculation sheets and drawings of transportation sketch; check design date having an influence on PV design with layout design, transportation study; in charge of modifying drawing and technical documents according to suggestions on review sheet; assist MF to solve problems related to design of PV, etc.

Qualification：

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or relevant;

Rigorous and have a good sense of responsibility;

Good English.

Instrumentation Engineer 仪表工程师 （1人）

Overall Purpose：

Execute the instrumentation design, control system and issue all the necessary basic and detail files for the proposals or projects of the company; select and coordinate with companies and design institutes providing instrumentation and control design services; verify the drawing and other documents provided by vendors, instrumentation and control design companies and institutes; test the DCS/SGS/PLCs configuration and hardware; support as required, the site activities; review PID; support machine specialist and the proposal of machine and purchaser to order instrumentation equipment.

Qualification：

Bachelor degree or above, majored in automation or process control;

Positive and open minded, have good team work spirit, rigorous and have a sense of responsibility;

Good English.

Piping Engineer 管道工程师 （1人）

Overall Purpose:

Execute the piping design task and issue all the necessary basic and detail files for projects of the company; Establish plant layout, cold box layout, piping basic and detail design, responsible for design quality and progress; Check and comment the documents (PID, mechanical design, drawings) established by suppliers or sub-contractors, in his/her field of competency; Assist MF to solve problems related to Design of Piping.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or relevant;

Positive, open minded and rigorous, have team work spirit;

Good English.

Qualification：

Construction Engineer 现场安装工程师 （2人）

Overall Purpose:

Supervise on site activities based on the assignment from Construction Manager. Provide technical assistance and support to contractors to ensure the proper understanding and application of AL standards and procedures; Receive, inspect and hand-over ALHZ equipment and materials to contractors; Perform safety and quality inspections and report on non-compliance; Up-date and maintain project site documentation in his discipline, propose evolution to codes and standards related to construction works.

Qualification：

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics or chemical mechanics or chemical engineering or Cryogenic;

Good organization and coordination skills, capacity of independent working;

Accept site work and long term travel;

Good English.

Commissioning Engineer 现场调试工程师 (2人)

Overall Purpose:

Responsible for supervising ASU’s driving situation on site, complete the site commissioning work. prepare Inspection Testing Plan (ITP) according to the project and the customer requirement; Document, record and file all quality documents related to his activities and reports on non-compliance; Receive, inspect and take-over plant sub-systems from the Construction Team; Up-date and maintain project site documentation in his discipline, propose evolution to codes and standards related to commissioning works; Collect, check and report actual work data to establish progress report.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics or chemical mechanics or chemical engineering or Cryogenic;

Good organization and coordination skills, capacity of independent working;

Accept site work and long term travel;

Good English.

MF Project Engineer制造项目工程师 （2人）

Overall Purpose:

Organize, perform and ensure cooperation of related departments, company and suppliers in design and technical activities; Assist the MF project manager for the execution of projects. Prepare detailed manufacturing technical work/document, such as Check Off List, Request for Quotation, Request for Purchase and Material Cutting Sheet, in accordance with the Code and standard requirements as well as obligated requirement by the contract; Technically follow-up the process done in manufacturing, responsibly to solve any problems happened during fabrication; Participate in review meetings, such as: design review meeting and fabrication review meeting etc. to finally meet the customer requirements based on manufacturing facilities; participate in the internal audit and suggest preventive/corrective measurements.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanics or chemical mechanics or chemical engineering or Cryogenic;

Good communication and coordination skills;

Purchase Engineer 采购工程师 （1人）

Overall Purpose:

Responsible for the purchase of material and service based on work assignment per category; responsible for the daily purchasing activities for equipment and material required for project and production, including: update project procurement plan and status report; initiate procurement plan, procurement strategy and bidder list for main equipment; prepare and transmit inquiry document to suppliers; receive quotation and organize clarification, evaluation and commercial negotiation; participate award decision and approval of contract/PO documents; ensure the quality and delivery of the purchased material/equipment meet the project and manufacturing requirement, reduce total procurement cost; keep good relation and communication with suppliers, well understand the market trends. Collect feedback from suppliers and provide support to supplier management.

Qualification:

Bachelor or above degree of engineering major;

Good negotiation and communication skills;

Good English.

Contract Engineer 合同工程师 （1人）

Overall Purpose:

Responsible for the subcontractor sourcing, evaluation and assessment of construction services and works; responsible for the construction services, installation subcontracting; prepare the bidding documents and organize bidding works according to ALHZ’s procedure, to be responsible for the commercial negotiation; check and confirm the subcontractor expenses; participate to contracting strategy, contractors sourcing and audits; in charge of preparing the commercial ITB for the required services and works.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree of Engineer major;

Good skills in negotiation and cost control;

Overall Purpose:

Implement inspection of subcontracted and outsourced products. assist on Inspection Coordinator to review the specialized inspection equipments’ ITP; inspect production process, test and final compliance of equipments bought from subcontract and outsourcing according to inspection plan; check and review subcontractors’ materials, implementation of retrospection, and the performance of suppliers’ quality control to make sure that the inspected products are correct; report to ALHZ about the suppliers’ abnormal condition when inspecting, and participate in suppliers’ performance assessment.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanic or other engineering;

Able to manage long-term business trip;
