现正招聘下列职位： 

-机械工程师 

Your tasks:

-To design semiconductor equipment system includes moving parts and liquid delivery;

-Can perform independent design works based on design specification;

-Work with process engineer to design or modify the mechanical system.

-Perform mechanical stress, strength, and deformation calculation.

-Perform temperature distribution, thermal stress, and thermal expansion calculation.

-Familiar with Pneumatic & Hydraulic principle,eg.fluid mechanics and thermodynamics

工作职责

-设计半导体设备系统，包括零部件传输系统。

-根据设计说明书独立进行设计作业。

-与工艺工程师合作，设计及改善机械系统。

-进行机械拉力、強度及变形计算。

-进行温度分布、热压、热膨胀度的计算。

-熟悉空压、液压原理。比如流体力学和热力学。

Your Profile:

-BS/MS degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering

-Knowledge of mechanics, material mechanics, and thermal mechanics

-Knowledge of electrical circuit, automatic control theory, and control software

-Working knowledge of Solid Works 3D, and/or AutoCAD 3D is must.

-Have working experience in engineering instrument design and development, fresh student is also welcome

-Experience in motion control and necessary knowledge of interface between mechanical system and control system.

-Semiconductor equipment and tool design and development is a plus;

 

职位要求

-机械工程硕士或博士学历。

-掌握机械学、材料机械学和热能机械学相关知识。

-掌握电路、自动化控制原理和控制软件。

-会使用Solid Works 3D和/或AutoCAD 3D软件。

-有关工程机械设计及发展相关工作经验。应届毕业生如条件优秀也可考虑。

-掌握机械系统及控制系统相关原理知识。-具有半导体设备及工具的设计和开发经验者优先考虑。

 

-电子工程师 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Can perform independent design works based on design specification

- Familiar with the equipment control system and electrical control system to design and resolve the problem

-Hands on experience such as troubleshooting in complex computer controlled systems, with a large number of DIO and AIO channels

-Familiar with hardware language VHDL or VERILOG or ABEL and their design tools such as ISE from XILINX for FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) and CCSTUDIO from TI for DSP (Digital Signal Processor) to design and resolve the problem

-Work with R&D team to design or modify the equipment and electrical control system

REQUIREMENTS:

- Have experience in electrical design or related experience

- Familiar with analogy and digital circuit design

- Familiar with motion control, temperature,pressure control

- Understand all finds of electrical components like sensor, relay,connector

- Strong hand on trouble shooting skill

- Good software program knowledge is plus

- Good English communication capability

- MS EE degree is required

- Highly flexible and be able to work under pressure

- Credibility, work in passion, aggressive working attitude

 

-工艺工程师

Work with semiconductor wafer manufacturing equipment and owning development of related process;

Leading and owning daily maintenance of process;

Supporting production line process on customer sites;

Working with hardware teams to deal with daily process related issues and develop inventive solutions.

Requirements:

MS degree;

In Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Material Processing, Semiconductor Physics or in the related fields;

Good specialty knowledge in your fields;

Good hands-on skills;

Be able to work shift-work and overtime

Good communication skill and good teamwork sprit;

Fluency in English, both on speaking and writing;
