Intern - PAW Spirent Communications/实习生 - 无线测试开发

Major Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the existing automatic build server.
2. Create new script to meet new build requirements.
3. Create unit test cases for software components.
4. Implement the test solution using combination of MS. Net technologies/languages, such as Visual      Basic .NET and Visual C++ .NET. Troubleshoot complex technical problems which involve software and hardware systems.
5. Execute unit test, integration test and system test of the implemented solution.
6. Run the sanity tests and regression tests for each milestone build, and report the bug/issue found during the tests.
7. Create tests procedure documents.

Qualifications Desired:
1.Education:  The 1st year or 2nd year MSEE/MSCS students
2.Working Time: No less than 3 full days per week.
3.Duration: No less than 6 months.
4.Skills (Hardware, Software, Machine operations, etc.):
     Following skills and knowledge are required.
     Programming experience of Visual Studio 2003/2005.
     Knowledge of CDMA/UMTS/GSM/GPRS radio access network, especially on air link Interface protocols.
     Team player. Take initiative in daily work. Fast learner.
 
 
 
Intern of STC Product Verification/STC 产品测试实习生

Qualifications:
1.Postgraduate student in Computer Science or Communication Engineering who will be graduating in 2012 or later.
2.Experience of software design and Script language, such as TCL, Perl.
3.Experience with C/C++, or Java
4.Master QTP or SilkTest will be a big plus
5.Knowledge and experience of communication and associated network theories, such as TCP/IP and Routing would be a benefit
6.Adaptable to new environment and new technologies. Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills.
7.Must be a good team player
8.Good English communication ability, both in verbal and written

Responsibilities:
1. Create /Maintain automation test scripts for the certain product lines and related products
2. S/he will be responsible for the automation testing as well as the its associated activities
3. This individual will investigate failures from regression test results and coordinate with other team members to file/re-verify change requests

8. Good English communication ability, both in written and spoken.

Qualifications:
1. Postgraduate student in Computer Engineering or Communication Engineering who will be graduating in 2012.
2. Knowledge and experience of communication and associated network theories, such as TCP/IP.
3. Extensive experience /solid knowledge of Telephony technologies.
4. Requirement below is not a must but would be a plus.
     Working knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, Megaco and so on.
     Working knowledge of GW /Gatekeeper, SIP Proxy/Registrar/Presence Servers, Softswitch .
     Some knowledge with legacy PSTN network and protocols ,such as SS7, V5 and ISDN to name a few.
5. Must be a good team player.
6. Be adaptable to new environment and new technologies. Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills.
7. Good English communication ability, both in written and spoken.

1. Test software releases for the certain product lines and related products.

7.如何提高我的简历的通过率？
首先简历形式非常重要，相比纸质简历，电子注册简历更有优势。电子注册简历模板是针对职位综合要求设计的，反映思博伦对职位的考察点，填写电子简历很重要。第二，认真研究职位要求后，适当地、有针对性地增加职位要求相关内容，突出简历描述与职位的匹配度也非常重要。总之，认真完整、有针对性的填注在线简历有利于提高简历的通过率。

8. 简历可以随时修改吗？
申请职位前，可以修改，一旦提交简历后（系统会提示您），简历将不能再修改，因此建议在申请职位前，仔细检查简历填是否准确完整。

9.思博伦笔试、面试如何进行？
各位同学在线申请职位投递简历完毕之后，China HR和思博伦将对您的简历进行筛选，
筛选成功的简历将被邀请进行笔试；
具体的现场笔试、面试时间和地点信息，会以邮件和短信甚至电话通知可以参加笔试的同学；
笔试通过的同学会被邀请参加面试，面试为两轮。

10. 如果笔试后，什么时候可以收到面试通知？
笔试将集中阅卷的方式进行，因此面试通知会集中在12月上旬发出。

11.思博伦笔试如何进行？
思博伦2011年校园招聘采用先在线测评后现场笔试的方式，请应聘同学关注：
思博伦现场笔试的资格："网申"完成后在线测评成绩通过的同学才能被筛选进入现场笔试阶段；

12. 我收到邮件说已经通过面试，这是否表示我已被录用？
面试通过后，还会有其他事宜需要确认，请等待思博伦的消息。最终录用以收到邮件Offer为准。

13. 什么时候可以到思博伦进行实习，实习期间是否有实习费？
思博伦会根据不同学校的学习时间安排，灵活地安排同学的实习时间。同时，我们建议被录用的同学在征得学校同意后，尽早开始自己的实习。同学们实习期间，思博伦会根据实习岗位不同支付相应的实习费。

关于户口
在OFFER中不会提到户口和档案的问题，思博伦是否解决外地生源的户口问题，应届毕业生的档案又如何安排？
每年思博伦会向北京人事局申请户口指标，从往年的情况来看，思博伦在申请户口指标占有一定优势。但最终的指标数额是由北京市人事局来决定并分配的，不是思博伦所能决定的，而且就目前的趋势来看，北京市的户口指标限制越来越严，所以，在解决户口的问题上不能给出任何承诺，请各位同学谅解。
