2. Structures, plans and implements customer service policies and analyzes operation data collected to improve team performance both in quality and quantity.
3. Maintains internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
4. Fosters team spirit and working relationships within and outside the team, and develops staff skill and knowledge to improve productivity and service standards
5. .Acts as a liaison between internal groups, business counterparts and CS to initiate and execute programs requiring customer service support.
Requirements:
1. University Graduates with Insurance, Business or Law related degree
2. 3-5 years call center experience in Insurance or financial related areas,2 years in call center/customer service management
3. Familiar with call center systems（i.e. ACD，PDS、CTI，IVR）and reporting
4. Good understanding of Insurance and customer service processes
5. Understanding of bank’s processes, such as credit card center or branches operation
6. Good analytical reasoning and management planning skills; detail oriented
7. Good interpersonal skill and able to communicate tactfully and confidently
网销助理经理
地点：深圳
岗位职责：
1. 通过对公司网络营销和推广活动的策划、创意、实施以及不断改进，来达成公司对网上渠道的销售指标
2. 管理公司各个网销渠道及使用各种网络媒体进行产品推广，包括SEM, 网盟推广、网上保险中介、广告、直邮寄等。公司网销平台的搭建和不断完善
3. 与网络广告公司、设计制作公司等外部合作机构，以及包括直复行销团队、数据挖掘团队、产品开发团队、销售团队等内部部门密切协作，进行网络营销项目的实施和平台开发，确保按期保质完成

Senior CVM Analyst (Supervisor)
地点：深圳
岗位职责：
1. 运用商业分析，决策科学，目标提升（如运用客户细分、评分卡等技术）的技巧实现有效提升市场活动收益的目标
2. 管理端对端的CVM项目流程
l 通过与公司内部用户和外部合作伙伴的交流，发现CVM项目在公司实施的机会
l 将统计模型或者定量分析模型的结果转化为可以提交给市场部分执行的策略。
3. 与市场部门共同设置营销活动，用浅显易懂的方式对市场部门的用户进行培训，使他们掌握对营销活动及整体收入管理的跟踪方法（包括使用测试/对照组，冠军/挑战者策略，营销活动设计等)
4. 为内部相关部门或者合作伙伴提供顾问服务，使其理解、发展CVM项目
5. 向市场部门或者业务主管团队解释模型、市场活动及当前数据分析的分析结论
任职要求:
1. 不少于4年工作经验；2年以上数据库营销、直复营销经验的渠道经验及在CRM中建立预测模型经验；必须至少2年在金融服务业或者与保险相关领域的工作经验。
2. 参加过SAS或SPSS相关统计分析工具的培训
3. 熟悉关系型数据库，能运用SQL进行数据
4. 扎实的统计学基础
5. 良好的英语口语和书写能力
TM Operations Manager
Location: Shenzhen
Responsibility:
1. Lead and manage overall operations (including QA, in-bound team, coordination with HO back office, workflow and Admin) of all one call center.
2. Lead a team to serve as a member of the TM management team and the take the lead in devising business solutions relating to operations issues.
3. Be able project growth related issues, propose alternatives and provide direction to the team to ensure stability of service standards.
4. Keep abreast of operations requirements from business partners and provide useful input to the management.
5. Ensure the appropriate operational standards are met amidst a changing environment.
6. Build up the bench strength in the back room operations in line with business growth.
7. Control team growth while supporting company’s ANP and premium growth.
Requirement:
1. University Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Minimum of 7 years of operations management/sales management experience.
3. Proven experience in managing large business volume and a large team size.
4. Familiarity with reporting and process management,
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills
6. Excellent customer orientation and be able to work under pressure
7. Oral and written fluency in English
