We are looking for curious, creative, empathic staff who are interested in getting to know consumers. Your role will be sharing your creative thoughts with us to improve brands and products. If you are interested in people: how they think, behave and what motivates them, this could be a great fit for you.
Play an active role through full project cycle including:
- Online and offline research with consumers and speaking with industry experts to identify emerging consumer trends, social media buzz, new initiatives taken by clients' competitors in communications and product launches.
- Provide input to overall research design of the project to optimize delivery of clients' commercial objectives
- Participate in post-research debriefs with Lucid360 analytical and innovation teams, provide input and perspective on key opportunity areas moving forward; share thoughts on strategic framework moving forward; help brainstorm and ideate new brand and product concepts moving forward; take responsibility for compiling sections of draft report.
Skills:
1. Native Mandarin and Fluent English communication skills
2. Good PC skills of Word, Powerpoint (Excel and Photoshop also useful)
3. Strong analytical and creative skills
4. Well-organized
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong team work spirit
6. Self-motivated, self-disciplined, proactive, detail oriented and result oriented
