2011招聘职位
Automation Software Engineer-OSA
Requirements:
1. A postgraduate student studying Automation, Mechatronic or Software Engineering in his/her 2nd year grade;
2. Excellent theoretical knowledge in Automation engineering science and basic practical capability on Software design;
3. Be capable of using design tool such as Lab View, Lab Windows/ CVI, Visual C++, Visual Basic;
4. Preferred with experience in motion control, robot vision control, data management and DAQ& GPIB application;
5. Thrill to learning new knowledge and skills, strong ownership and accountability for assignments ;
6. Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese;
7. Able to travel to US and Australia.

Electrical engineer-Active R&D
Requirements:
1.Electronic design for transceiver/transponder;
2.Specify the firmware requirements and work with Firmware team to insure the module performance;
3.Work with vendors to evaluate the new components;
4.Troubleshoot during NPI phase. Knowledgeable in debugging circuit boards with Optoelectronic components (TOSA, ROSA...)/Microprocessor /Analog circuits/Power supplies.

Manufacturing Engineering engineer-OSA
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or master degree in opto-electronic, mechanical or material engineering relative major;
2. Capability of working independently with strong analytical skill;
3. Good capability in logic analysis, fundamental capability in data statistical analysis;
4. Fluent English and good computer capabilities. CET-6 is preferable;
5. Have a very good team work;
6. Strong desire and quick learning skills.

Mechanical Engineer-Automation
Requirements:
1. A postgraduate student studying Mechanical Engineering in his/her 2nd year grade;
2. Excellent theoretical knowledge in mechanical engineering science and basic practical capability on mechanical design;
3. Be capable of using design tool such AutoCAD, SolidWorks for making 2-D and 3-D part and assembly drawings;
4. Concrete understanding of GD&T (geometric and dimension tolerance) as well as the tolerance chain analysis skills;
5. Good understanding of most common used engineering materials and their typical application;
6. Thrill to learning new knowledge and skills, strong ownership and accountability for assignments;
7. Good communication and presentation skills both in English and Chinese;
8. Able to travel to US and Australia.

Responsibilities:
1. Work with a group of software, electric and process engineers to develop world-class high-tech automated system focus on mechanical design;
2. Problem identification and troubleshooting in a wide range of mechanical problems;
3. Involve in the phases of conceptual design, detail design, parts procurement, system integration, Calibration and documentation;
4. Closely collaborate with Automation team in US for Automated system Co-development (Oversea travels required);
5. Responsible for process automation equipments/line transfer from US/Australia (Oversea travels required).

Optical Engineer -WSS
Requirements:
1. Master or PHD, majored in optics or related;
2. Good team player and self motivated;
3. Strong solve problem skill;
4. English at or above CET 6 with good listening and spoken English;
5. Familiar with Zemax, and/or other optical design software is appreciated.

Product Engineer-Active R&D
Requirements:
1.Release and maintain the product BOM and related technical documents;
2.Work with automation/test team to insure manufacturability & testability of product;
3.Write and maintain Manufacturing Test Procedures for the Test Operators and Technicians;
4.Drive the product yield/scrap improvement activities;
5.Responsible for investigating the manufacture failure and support RMA;
6.Drive the cost reduction and quality improvement.

Test Software Engineer-Active R&D

Requirements:
1.Release and maintain the product test software and technical documents;
2.Work with automation/test team to insure manufacturability & testability of product;
3.Write and maintain Manufacturing Test Procedures for the Test Operators and Technicians.


工艺工程师-WSS
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above majored in optics, electronic engineering or related;
2. Good team player and self motivated;
3. Good problem resolving skill;
4. English at or above CET 6 with good listening and spoken English;
5. Familiar with SPC, 7 QC tools and/ or FMEA is appreciated.
