Private Equity Analyst
  职位描述： Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

Copal provides research and analytics services for top global private equity funds. Consulting, research and analytics services include 

?  Analyzing investment themes / strategies

?  Commercial due diligence of potential investment opportunities 

?  Financial modeling and valuation analysis 

?  Competitive landscaping studies including financial and operational benchmarking

?  Growth strategy projects including new market entry strategy for portfolio companies

?  Portfolio company turnaround strategy including revenue & profit improvement studies

?  M&A / strategic analysis (potential target analysis, strategic fit analysis)

Required Qualifications: 
-  MBA with specialization in Finance

-  Excellent written and verbal English

-  Prior experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, private equity or research & analytics

-  Good grasp of business concepts

-  Excellent academic track record
