Real Estate Marketing Intern                                

RightSite Website Technology, China'sleading website for industrial real estate regularly providesinternship opportunities for student interns to be part of ourmarketing team.

 

Real Estate Marketing Interns areresponsible for assisting the marketing team with resarch on theindustrial real estate market, creating online marketing materials,and translating marketing  materials into English. This position isopen only to Chinese nationals, and is ideal for fourth yearuniversity students.

 

Experience gained:

• Introduction to China's industrial real estate market         

• Online marketing strategies

• International business administration skills

Responsibilities:

• Contacting company partners and clients to gather marketing information

• Assisting Rightsite staff in creating marketing materials

• Cooperating with company managers in conducting market research

  
  

 

Qualifications:

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (CET 6 or better)

• Major in real estate, marketing or related field

• Must have completed at least three years of university

  
  

• Need to be available at least 4 days each week (RightSite does not work on weekends)

Rightsite's experienced internationalmanagement team is building China's newest and most exciting onlinemarketplace. If you are interested in being part of the first chapterof a great business success story, Rightsite is recruiting journalisminterns to join our team.
Journalism interns are responsible forresearching, composing and editing RightSite's editorial content anddatabases of listings. This position is open only to native speakersof Chinese and is ideal for university students seeking their firstwork experience in China's Internet industry.

Responsibilities:

• Research and write feature stories
• Edit Chinese language content
• Check accuracy of user submitted information
• Add event information for RightSite's international users
  

Qualifications:

Web Development Intern

RightSite.asia is currently seeking webdevelopment interns to help maintain and improve its website. Internswork closely with RightSite's management and web development teams todesign and implement new projects.RightSite is built in PHP/mySQL usingthe Drupal content management system.  After less than one yearfrom it initial launch, the site now contains more than 2500 propertylistings, over 2000 listings of industrial zones and serviceproviders, and altogether comprises more than 40,000 database nodes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with changes to existing pages
• Contributing to new feature development including maps, messaging systems and a blogging platform
• Participating in the planning of new site elements
• Testing the performance of new functionality and variations
  

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in PHP and mySQL
• Ability to work with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Experience with Source Control (SVN or CVS)
• Desire to learn about development of web projects in China
• Previous experience as a web developer is preferred
• First priority goes to candidates with demonstrable contributions to open source projects
• Drupal CMS experience is a plus
