Ltd. in Shanghai, we are planning to establish own branch in Shenzhen in order to provide more various services and make better communication with customers. Responsibilities
1. Pick up incoming phone call & Email to follow up the booking inquiry fm customers
2. Input booking into system on time and ensure the accuracy for all booking information.
3. Keep close communicates with sales team for any unclear rate cases or special cargo
4. B/L data input into system as per data from customers
5. Send arrival notice and prepare manifest to shipping agent.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT
1. Undergraduate or above
2. Fresh graduate is acceptable.
3. Good command of English (CET-4 or above)
4. Good PC skill, e.g. MS office

 Sales (2)
Responsibilities
1. Daily contact with customer in handling telephone, booking enquiries, sales and marketing issues
2. Back up sales activities and assist sales staff in achieving target
3. Prepare routine sales report and the market research
4. Support Sales staff to develop and maintain business
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in International trade, Marketing, Shipping / Logistics Management
2. Freshman graduation is acceptable.
3. Able to perform independently in a fast pace environment and work under pressure
5. Good command of English both in spoken and written English, CET-6 or above
6. Good command of computer skills, MS office
