BSH Home Appliances (China) Co., Ltd. serves as the operating headquarters of Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group in China. The company was founded on August 25, 1997 in Nanjing Jiangsu Province to strengthen the communication between the Group and its China companies and to consolidate its sales and marketing resources in China.

The company is located in downtown of Nanjing with almost 2500 employees. It has established a nationwide sales network, covering 30 provinces and more than 600 cities. The company is responsible for Siemens and Bosch brand management and development, sales and after sales service of the two brands. The product range marketed encompasses large and small home appliances, and also includes products imported from Germany in order to satisfy the elite demand. The market share of Siemens – leading brand of BSH - has been growing rapidly within over 10 years since its build-up. According to the authoritative statistics from CMM, till the middle of 2010, Siemens refrigerator took 14.8% market share in China, ranking the No. 1 foreign brand; front loading washing machine took 30.2% market share of front loading washing machine, chairing the first position in the industry of China. Total sales turnover (without VAT) of 2010 reaches almost RMB 80 billion.

Separated from the Jiangsu BS Home Appliance sales Co., Ltd, BS Home Appliance service Jiangsu Co.,Ltd was founded in 2008, who is responsible for the after sale service of BSH brands in China mainland.
