Primary responsibility:  

Established in 2001, iSoftStone is a leading China-based provider of outsourced technology services, including IT consulting & solutions, IT outsourcing services and business process outsourcing services. This position is for Microsoft project and will work onsite in Microsoft Shenzhen Branch.
 
软通动力信息技术（集团）有限公司成立于2001年，现已发展成为领先的、全方位IT服务及行业解决方案提供商。业务范围涵盖IT咨询及解决方案、应用开发及维护、软件产品工程、网络/基础设施服务以及业务流程外包（BPO）服务等。本职位服务于软通微软项目，工作地点为深圳微软亚洲硬件研发中心。

1;    Handling business traveling arrangement: air-ticket, insurance, VISA application and so on.
2;    Controlling expense reimbursement process, including invoice check and monthly report submit.
3;    In charge of onboard and check-out process.
4;    Handling asset procurement and management, maintaining the asset summary report.
5;    Maintaining timesheet.
6;    Maintaining recruiting information in the database and related reports.
7;    Post internal job adverts.

Qualifications：
Need fulltime work from Monday to Friday, at least 1 year.

Requirements:
1;    Strength in English writing and reading
2;    Patient and careful personality, well organized on work and detail oriented
3;    Strong sense of responsibilities
4;    Experienced in MS office tools, especially Excel
5;    Able to work under pressure
6;    Good team player
