浙江万向精工有限公司是万向集团（国家一级企业、国家520户重点企业、国务院120家试点企业集团）所属生产汽车零部件的专业公司，创建于1988年，公司现有员工1000余名，总资产近9.9亿元。

主要产品：公司主要开发生产“WGC”、“万向WANXIANG”牌汽车轮毂轴承单元（第一代、第二代、第三代带ABS电子速度传感器）、汽车轮毂轴承等汽车轴承，汽车防抱死制动系统（ABS）产品。其中汽车轮毂轴承于1996年被列入国家级新产品，汽车轮毂单元项目于2000年被列入国家火炬计划项目，第三代汽车轮毂轴承单元（带ABS电子速度传感器）于2001年被列入国家级重点新产品，替代进口，进入轿车厂配套。汽车防抱死制动系统(ABS)于2008年获中国机械工业科学技术奖三等奖，，车辆电子稳定性控制系统(ESP)的研制与产业化列入省级重大科技专项项目。

技术研发能力：公司属国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业，建有万向集团国家级企业技术中心汽车轴承研究所和省级汽车轴承高新技术研究开发中心。拥有近百人的科研技术人员队伍，拥有国家专利115项，具备Pro-E（三维）、有限元分析等研究开发和设计分析系统。

体系建设：公司QS9000和ISO/TS16949质量体系先后通过美国UL公司认证，并通过ISO14001环境管理体系和OHSAS18001职业健康安全管理体系认证。达到浙江省标准化良好行为企业标准体系3A级水平，通过国家一级计量体系认证。

工艺装备水平：公司先后从德国、日本、韩国、法国、意大利、瑞典等国家引进的高精尖加工设备和检测、试验设备约占公司固定资产的90%以上，从韩国引进数控车床（CNC控制系统），从法国、日本引进热处理感应淬火设备。从德国引进磨加工设备，并从瑞典引进全自动磨超加工生产线，从韩国引进全自动装配生产线，形成了从零件磨加工到轮毂轴承单元总成装配全自动生产连线，并具备在线检测、防错能力。从日本、美国、英国引进高精密的计量检测仪器、无损探伤仪等，并以自主研发为主，以直接引进为辅形成的各类台架模拟试验设备，能进行汽车主机厂要求的各项产品模拟试验，产品试验能力达到国际先进水平。重点工艺设备通过国际汽车主机厂的现场工艺能力论证，Cpk值达到和超过1.67以上。先后通过国际国内多家汽车主机厂的现场工艺能力、质量保证体系和检测试验能力的综合评审。

市场开拓：为国际国内多家汽车主机厂配套，其中轮毂轴承、轮毂单元产品以其优越的性能价格比在国内与多家微型车厂、轿车厂实现独家配套。共享万向钱潮市场配送网络，并在全国各地设立特约经销商80余个。海外市场依托万向进出口公司、万向美国公司海外市场开拓平台，面向国际主机厂和售后服务市场。目前产品已远销到美国、欧洲、东南亚、中东等40多个国家和地区，进入了国际主流OEM市场。

重点项目：汽车轮毂单元重点项目：近年来公司通过不断努力、创新，加大投资力度，实施汽车轮毂轴承单元项目。在充分消化吸收国外技术支持的基础上自行研制开发，形成自身的核心技术。该项目于2000年4月被国家科学技术部火炬高技术产业开发中心列入国家级火炬计划项目，第三代轮毂轴承单元（带ABS电子速度传感器）产品被列入国家级重点新产品，填补了国内空白，现已大批量进入国际国内多家轿车和国内各大微型车厂配套。目前汽车轮毂轴承单元产品生产能力为1000万套/年，规划到2011年扩能到2000万套/年生产能力。

汽车防抱死制动系统（ABS）项目：规划到2010年形成20万套/年生产能力。

Zhejiang Wanxiang Precision Industry Co., LTD., a subsidiary company of Wanxiang Group ( National Class 1 enterprise , one of 520 National Key Enterprise , one of 120 State Council Pilot Enterprise Group), established in 1988, specializing in manufacturing automotive parts & components. The company takes possession of total assets nearly 700,000,000, with more than 1000 employees.

Main products: “WGC”， “WANXIANG” brandautomobile wheel spindle bearing ( GenⅠ,GenⅡ, GenⅢwith ABS sensor), wheel bearing ,etc. for automotive application. Anti-brake system ( ABS) has been developed and produced . Among of them, wheel bearing was awarded as National New Products in 1996. Automotive wheel spindle bearing project was listed in national torchlight plan in 2000.wheel spindle bearing GenⅢ (with ABS speed sensor) was awarded as National Key New Products to supersede imported products for car manufacturers in 2001.Anti-lock brake system (ABS) was awarded with the Third Class of China Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Prize.

Technical R & D capability: The company is National Torchlight Plan Key New and High Technology Enterprise, with Automobile Bearing Research Institute of Wanxiang Group National Enterprise Technical Center and Provincial Automobile Bearing New and High Technology R & D Center. Currently, it has nearly 100 technicians for technology research and development and 56 items of national patents, with research , development , design and analysis software including Pro-E and FEA, etc .

Quality system: QS 9000 ISO/TS16949 was certificated by UL Co. USA. And ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 were also certificated. And achieved Zhejiang provincial Standardization Qualified Performance Enterprise Standard System 3A Level. and quality system and measurement have been qualified national class Ⅰ metrology & measurement system .

Process machines superiority and manufacturing capacity: The company has imported high and precise and top advanced processing machines and measurement and test equipments foreign ries including Germany, Japan, Korea, France, Italy, etc. and these machines take up over 90% of total assets. CNC lathes are imported Korea, induction heat treatment machines France and Japan.Grinding machines Germany, full automatic grinding and honing process line Sweden and full automatic assembly line Korea, which has formed a full automatic production line with on-line inspection and error-proof capability parts grinding to assembling of wheel spindle bearing . Measurement instruments and gages and non-destructive detector, etc. imported Japan, USA,UK and various simulative test stands and rigs by self-developed as base and direct imported as supplement , their test capability of various kinds of simulative tests in compliance with OEM requirements, especially, the test capability for wheel bearing and wheel spindle bearing have achieved international advanced level. The key process machines has attained international OEM on-site process capability qualification with CPk ≥1.67, and achieved on-site process capability ,quality assurance system and measurement and test assessment by many domestic and overseas OEMs.

The manufacturing capacity of wheel spindle bearing reached 10 million pcs per year, the manufacturing capacity of wheel spindle bearing reached 5 million pcs per year

Markets development: The company are exclusively supplying for many domestic and overseas OEMs with various products of which wheel bearing and wheel spindle bearing supplied for many domestic mini-vehicles and cars manufacturers with superior performances and price. The company shares market and on-sale network composed of more than 80 special distributors in China established by Wanxiang Qianchao marketing. For international market, rely on Wanxiang Import & Export Co. and Wanxiang America Corp. as an overseas exploitation platform, facing to international OEMs and after-sale market. The products have been selling to more than 40 ries and districts in USA, Europe, Southeast Asia, Mid-east Asia ,entered in international OEM markets.

Key Program: Auto Wheel spindle bearing key project: In recent years, the company continuously exert itself and create and enhance investment to carry out wheel spindle bearing key project. Based on complete digestion and absorption of foreign technical support, the company researches and develops itself, and established its own core technology. The project was awarded into the list of National Torchlight Plan Project by Torchlight New and High Technology Industry Development Center of National Science and Technology Department in April, 2000. Wheel spindle bearing GenⅢ(with ABS speed sensor) was enlisted of National New and High products, filled in the vacancy in China, large batches of volume are supplied for domestic and abroad car manufacturers and large domestic mini-vehicles manufacturers. Currently, automobile wheel spindle bearings formed 10 million pcs, 20 million pieces by 2011 are our pursuing aim.

Automotive anti-brake system ( ABS) program: plan to achieve annual production capacity of 100,000 pcs by 2009.
