We are a international logistics company, a subsidiary of Deutch Bahn(德国铁路) which also is in Global 500 enterprises. Our Xi’an Branch established in 1994. Due to our expending business, we are looking for internship from high quality universities. We are interested in any students graduated or under-graduated who are good in oral and written English. They will working fulltime in our office as internship from the beginning. And if they meet our requirement then there will be opportunities for them to become our contract staff or permanent staff.

 

Here is the detailed requirements:

 

Key Outcomes:
- Servicing with high quality services in line with company policy and operation standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction that should exceed customers' expectation.
- Pro-active problem solving skills and deadline oriented.

 

Job Descriptions:

- Communicate with internal and external colleagues in China and globally for quotation, handle sales leads, etc…
- Contact supplier or consignee and confirm the cargo readiness once getting requests from destination
- Receive legal shipping order from supplier/consignee and instruct Documentations to create shipment job in Procars(our company system)

- Communicate with shipping lines or airlines for space the price enquiry.
- Confirm with agent or overseas Schenker offices with information such as carrier name, ETD(estimated time of departure), and ETA(estimated time of arrival).
- Inform supplier/consignee about booked space and instruct agents to pick-up cargo and arrange customs clearance upon supplier’s requests.


Job Requirements:
- College or above major in Logistics, International Trade, English, or relevant
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Be positive, responsible, reliable, teamwork player
