  - 优秀的英文及中文口头及书写能力；

  - 出色的领导才能、企业家精神；

  - 良好的人际沟通能力及对ICT领域工作的热诚。

三、主要工作职责 JOB DESCRIPTION : (列举主要的工作职责)

 

- 在PCCW Solutions的不同业务部门工作，以了解公司整体的业务及学习各部门运作和配合。

- 参与到高价值的ICT商业项目，面对真正的商业挑战，并从事以下工作（包含不仅限于）：各个领域的销售及售前工作（如金融、政府、电信及企业等）、软件系统应用、ICT基础架构操作、应用软件支持和数据中心操作等。

- 接受一系列在职培训，集中不仅限于：先进的ICT技术、策略销售技巧、商业知识、项目管理以及人员管理技能等，以应付多种复杂及具挑战性的ICT项目。

- 有机会获得一系列的技术培训认证或专业资格：

- 学习及实践世界级的资讯科技软件开发的工作守则及优质管理的认证；

- 完成为期两年的培训后，将获委任到合适的业务部门发展。
