主要职责：

-          执行客户相关工作；与客户及外部各方保持良好工作关系；

-          投资者关系相关常年客户咨询服务；

-          为客户及内部团队提供媒体监测支持；收集与整理股票市场信息等；

-          为媒体活动准备并翻译新闻稿及其他文件；

-          在指导下处理媒体问询、提供媒体关系建议；

-          收集行业信息并起草演示材料、协助准备新业务建议方案；

-          支持项目负责人工作，在指导下协调、安排活动，如新闻发布会、业绩发布会、企业大型庆典等；

-          参与IPO的公关策划等；

-          协助项目相关的行政管理工作，如准备发票明细等。

入职条件：

-          热爱财经及企业传讯工作；

-          了解咨询公司业务、新闻业、公共关系和传播，及投资者关系工作；

-          出色的中英文口语及书面表达能力；

-          出色的人际沟通能力；

-          能够在压力下工作并同时从事多项工作；

-          熟练使用办公软件（Word, Excel, Powerpoint）；

-          具备常识、良好的判断力及自我学习、寻找信息的能力；

-          本科或本科以上学历，英语、经济、金融或传播等相关专业。

工作经验：

-          具备投资者关系、公关、企业传讯、市场传讯、策略传讯等行业2 年或以上工作经验；了解北京/上海的媒体尤其是财经媒体情况。

Opportunities in leading financial communications consultancy

Citigate Dewe Rogerson is a global leader in financial communications, with over 30 years of experience in transaction communications, investor relations and corporate communications. Our team is respected, intelligent and passionate about helping our clients to communicate effectively and cleverly.

As our business expands, we are recruiting the best, brightest and motivated people to join our Beijing office as Consultants/Executives.

Primary responsibilities may include:

-          Implement client-related initiatives; maintain good working relations with clients and external parties

-          Providing consulting services for retainer clients in investor relations

-          Provide media monitoring support for client and the internal team; monitor share price information

-          Prepare and translate news releases, and other documents for media events

-          Handle media inquiries under supervision

-          Research for and participate in new business proposal preparation

-          Support the account leader, coordinate specific events under guidance

-          Participate in IPO PR planning

-          Assist account administration such as invoicing.

The ideal candidate has:

-          A demonstrable passion for finance and for communication;

-          An understanding of consultancies, journalism, public relations, communications, and investor relations;

-          Excellent spoken and written language skills in both Chinese and English;

-          Excellent interpersonal skills;

-          Ability to work under pressure and perform multi-tasks simultaneously;

-          Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

-          Common sense, good judgment and the ability to be resourceful; and

-          A university degree, preferably in a relevant economics, finance, English, or communications discipline. Master degree is preferred.

Working Experience:

-          Experienced candidates should have 2 or more years working experience in investor relations, public relations, corporate communications, marketing communications or strategic communications, etc. and should have good knowledge of Beijing/Shanghai media landscape, especially the financial media landscape.
