Position Title: IT Service Delivery, On Site Support - Level I
Grade: Intern
Reports to: IT Service Delivery, On Site Support Team Leader/Coordinator

Overall Purpose or Function of Position:
IT On Site Support is the second point of escalation for the resolution of customer PC related Incidents, requests or changes as per the established Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
· Troubleshoot and resolve PC incidents.
· Good knowledge on programming.
· Perform hardware IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change).
· Staging of PCs.
· Hardware & software maintenance and support.
· Maintain Asset management.
· Coordinate with Service Desk for Break/Fix hardware repair.
· Active participation in regular staff meetings as coordinated by Team Lead or Service Delivery manager
· Maintain working area to professional standards.
· Have a good understanding of the User support Processes and Procedures
· Comply with User support standard processes and procedures.
· Comply with Schlumberger QHSE and IT security policies
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager
Education Required:
Computer science or related student – formal 4 years university
