中微公司于二零零四年八月份在上海浦东张江高科技园区建立了研发及运营中心。二零零五年一月二十八日在金桥开发区举行了7，000平方米办公及生产用厂房的一期工程的开工奠基仪式。公司二期工程15，000平方米扩大生产用厂房也将于近期动工兴建。今后，公司还将在亚洲及全球其他地区相继建立销售和客户服务中心。

RF/Plasma Engineer 射频/等离子工程师
Job description:
- Responsible for plasma source/RF system design for semiconductor Etch equipment
Job requirements:
- Strong background in principles of DC to UHF, microwave, electromagnetic field, analog and digital electrical signals.
- Prefer strong knowledge in principles of low temperature plasma discharges.
- Strong engineering experience in hands-on design, manufacture, trouble-shorting and reliability testing of plasma source/RF system for semiconductor plasma process reactors.
- Prefer engineering experience in plasma diagnostic of semiconductor plasma discharge reactor.
- Good English reading skill is required.
- Ph.D. or MS in electrical engineering or plasma physics and engineering.
Process Engineer
Job Description:
- 200mm TSV process development
- 200mm/300mm TSV ICP product development and process development
- On-site customer support
- TSV product reliability improvement
Job Requirements:
- Solid background in physics and chemistry of chemical reactions.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductor fabrication process and integrated process flow.
- Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills- demonstrated ability to solve complex process and equipment engineering issues with minimal supervision.
- Ability to acquire skills necessary to assembly, service and troubleshoot process equipment.
- Ability to work with external and internal partners in a multi-tasking environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ph.D. or M.S. in science or engineering field related to semiconductor processing (such as Physical chemistry, Chemical engineering, Material science)
