POSITION SUMMARY
Bray International, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Information Technology
Systems Support Analyst – Asia Pacific Region, providing on-site and remote assistance to regional
user base alongside corporate and localized IT support teams. This position will work in Xiaoshan
District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, PRC and report to Bray International management in the USA.

Bray International, Inc. is a privately held, manufacturer and distributor of flow control products. The
product line consists of butterfly valves, ball valves, check valves, actuators, and other accessories.
Bray International, Inc. is headquartered in Houston, Texas, USA and has 40 entities around the
world including manufacturing and distribution companies.
One of these companies, Bray Controls China, is a large manufacturing facility East of Hangzhou in
Xiaoshan City which provides products to our Bray Divisions worldwide and has operations oversight
for our growing sales offices in the Asia region. This facility has been selected, due to its location and
resources, as the site for which the Asia Pacific IT regional support team will be based.
Bray’s corporate data center is located at its USA headquarters. This data center maintains
centralized enterprise applications and network services and support for its global operations. As
Bray continues to grow the requirement for a regional support team to augment its services also
grows.
While Bray China Controls maintains a local IT support team for its manufacturing facility, the
position Bray is seeking to fill is one of international support and visibility, which will require working
alongside Bray China Controls support staff.
LOCATION, REPORTNG STRUCTURE, AND SALARY
The IT Systems Support Analyst - APAC Region position which Bray is offering will work in the offices
of the Bray Controls China facility at 98 Gao Xin 6th Road, Qiao Nan Zone, Xiaoshan District,
Hangzhou, Zhejiang 311231.
Travel to Bray locations within the region may be required as circumstances demand and as new
companies are brought online to the Bray network.
The Bray International IT reporting structure for Bray is flat with top level being Chief Information
Officer, then Information Technology Manager. The IT Systems Support Analyst - APAC Region
position will report directly to Bray International Information Technology Manager. The position will
work closely with the corporate data center Applications and Systems Support teams and any
localized IT support personnel throughout the region.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides on-site and remote IT operations functions and support to a 300 user base for application,
hardware, software, mobile telecommunications and network connectivity to offices for the
organization’s standard hardware, software, network and systems solutions; assists in the setup,
maintenance, and administration of servers; supports a variety of applications and processes
running in a centralized data center including but not limited to backup, email administration,
network printing, remote server management, wide area network vendor trouble ticketing and
system security; enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions,
and answering technical and procedural questions for other IT team members
The position serves as the Asia-Pacific IT point of contact, accountable for the IT support of new and
existing office setups or office expansions and is supervised by the IT Administrator – APAC Region
and the corporate Information Technology Manager. This position has no direct reports.

EDUCATION
All academic degrees and coursework must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions.
Undergraduate or Graduate Degree – bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science,
computer information systems, information science, information systems management, technology
management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields
indentified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
EXPERIENCE
Three to five years experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or
completion of specific, intensive training (e.g., IT certification), as appropriate. Experience must be
Information Technology related demonstrating the knowledge and skill requirements listed below.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
