KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHANLLENGES
Job responsibilities including:
1 Characterization of opto-electrical metrology equipment, including but not limited to optical, electrical-magnetic and Kelvin probe/AFM-based sensors and modules.
2 Develop specifications for next generation systems. Integrate of precision measurement modules onto new platforms. System test and debugging. New product performance calibration and definition.
3 New applications research and development for existing and future metrology platforms.
4 Improvement of measurement capabilities on current platforms.
5 Provide pre- and post-sales support for, including product demo, support of beta and pilot sites, and customer training.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Strong physics and microelectronics background. MS/Ph.D in Material Science, Physics or related engineering fields preferred.
2. Experience in IC manufacturing industry strongly desired.
3. Strong hands-on competence.
4. Fluent English speaker.
5. Knowledge in SW and algorithm development a plus.
6. Up to 50% international travel required for customer support.

System Engineer 系统工程师
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHANLLENGES
1. The candidate will have a high level of ownership during the development of critical subsystems, from the concept design phase through product design, release and sustaining. The candidate will be expected to champion his/her technical solutions. This includes the potential of creating ECO and documentation as needed.
2. Provide feedback on design changes by working closely with Development Engineering teams (M.E., E.E., and S/W Eng.) to influence design concepts/changes for improvements to existing or new products.
3. Take lead role on many projects to define, scope, and provide input that results in rapid project completion or problem resolution. Develop product specifications using the appropriate statistical methods and modeling.
4. Solve complex system interaction issues (e.g., optical and mechanical interactions on tool performance) with little or no guidance.
5. Provide fly and fix support on field escalations for analysis/resolution on any issue requiring in-depth design know-how on the product. Travel time is expected to be up to 25%, both domestically and internationally.
6. Support beta testing at customer sites.
7. Support product manufacture, such as assembling, installation, final test, shipment.
8. Support GSS responsibility, such as GSS NPI, documentation, customer site support etc
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. MS or PhD in optical, electrical engineering, physics, applied physics
2. Experience in design and characterization of optical or electrical instrument.
3. Hands-on person familiar with lab tools such as digital function generators, data acquisition system, oscilloscopes, lock-in amplifies, and XY motion system.
4. Knowledge of semiconductor device and physics
5. Experienced programming skills (C-programming, labview, matlab etc.)
6. Strong English written and verbal communications skills.
7. Self-motivated and self-directed.
8. Experience in semiconductor equipment industry and project management

Software Engineer 软件工程师
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHANLLENGES
1. Writing good SW design documents in English such as SRS,WBS,etc.
2. Old version SW Maintenance, if a bug is reported, fix it quickly.
3. Develop new features according to marketing engineer's requirement.
4. Code review with team members.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Proven records on SW development, at least on 2 projects.
2. Good understanding of SW life cycle, CMM.

4. Experience on COM, DCOM, ATL programming.
5. Have knowledge on Window Multi thread programming.
6. Experience on Hardware control.
7. Familiar with SQL Server programming.
8. Must be a quick learner, be able to work under high pressure.
9. Be a good team member, co- work with other members to make project on schedule.
10. Good Verbal and Written English, this position will support international customer.
EE Job Description 电子工程师
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/CHANLLENGES
1. Low Noise analog circuit design and troubleshooting.
2. Coding for motion control system, including DSP, MCU, CPLD &FPGA.
3.Prepare documentation such as schematic diagrams, test procedures, theory of operation, purchased part lists, instruction manuals and related information
4. Maintain current knowledge regarding new developments and trends in applicable field
Qualifications and Requirements:
1Knowledge and application of electrical engineering principles, practices and techniques
2 hands-on experience in using Complex Programmable logic arrays and microcontrollers
3 Solid C/C and ASSEMBLER Programming skill
4 strong hands-on electronic design and troubleshooting skills
5 familiarity with OrCAD Schematic Capture and Layout design tools
6 Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
7.MSEE or above
8. At least 1 year in analog circuit design experience related to instrument controls
9 Working experience in Semiconductor equipment industry is a plus
