DESCRIPTION
Focus area : Core, small & medium customers
Engaged in any technology sales support activities, driving adoption of UPS solutions in support of our technology initiatives : (ECommerce solutions, PLD, Smart Label, etc.), driving PLD performance.
Engaged in any customer’s technology deployment activities such as data integration, data mapping, hardware application documentation and implementation deployment activities, including coordination with eTSG personnel
Documents all deployed solutions for customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Business-related skills
Strong communication abilities including written and oral presentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
Outstanding time-management skills specifically in the areas of planning, organization and projectexecution
General understanding of core business procedures such as order entry, inventory management,customers service, order fulfillment and billing process and point of sale desirable
Technology-related skills
Good understanding of networking, file transfer protocols, data mapping, and communication architecture. Hands-on experience desirable.
Good knowledge of Internet and Web-based technology
Personal computer competency, which includes dial-up access to remote networks and MS Office.
Familiarity with accounting software, order entry software, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Baan and J D Edwards is desirable.
