    We are China's largest independent foreign tax consultancy and provide a complete range of business services in China. Our clients include international SMEs (e.g., servicing some 1,000 clients in China from 47 different countries). We established our first office in Shenzhen (South China) in 1992, followed by Shanghai in 1994, Beijing in 1995, and Dalian in 2004 and Guangzhou in 2005. We also have a liaison office in Hong Kong. In total, we have staff strength of 100 professionals, led by our Regional Partners in each of the cities we operate. Our international and local experts are all versed in the legal, accounting and marketing fields in China. 50% of our staff are qualified Chartered Public Accountants, including ten who hold overseas CPA qualifications. Our service professionals are all fluent in Mandarin and English, and many in other languages including Cantonese, Russian, Italian and Greek.     职位描述/要求： 
    Responsibility： 
    1. Participate in legal due diligence and M&A related work; 
    2. Being responsible for legal documents drafting, reviewing and translation work; 
    3. Provide FDI related legal advisory services and handle the incorporation procedure for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV; 
    4. Provide other legal advice for clients on commercial, corporate and labor dispute matters etc. 
    5. Other work assigned 
    Requirements: 
    1. At least 2 years working experience in Foreign Direct Investment，preferably working experience in international law firm or multi-national company; 
    2. Some knowledge of and experience in set-up procedures for RO, WFOE, FICE and JV; 
    3. Ability to read, interpret, draft, modify and review legal documents; 
    4. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Law; 
    5. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin; 
    6. Dependable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and being a good team player; 
    7. Bar qualification is preferred, but not a must. 
    工作职责： 
    1.参加法律尽职调查以及公司收购兼并项目的法律服务工作 
    2.负责法律文书的起草、审查以及翻译； 
    3 从事外商投资的相关法律事务，办理RO，WFOE，FICE和JV的注册； 
    4.为客户提供其它法律意见，如商务、公司、劳动等; 
    5.其他公司指派的工作。 
    职位要求
    1.至少2年相关外商投资的工作经验，最好拥有外资法律事务所或外资公司的工作经验； 
    2.熟悉RO，WFOE，FICE和JV的设立程序； 
    3.能够读懂、解释、起草、修改和审查法律文书； 
    4.法律本科以上学历； 
    5.流利的中英文口语及写作能力； 
    6.注重团队合作精神，可以独立，准确并有效的解决问题； 
    7.最好已通过法律资格考试。
