Job Description

-To provide clear guidance to the project team members on the Rules and Regulations to be used for each system & equipment

-To highlight special technical requirements to the project team and take lead in resolving technical issues related to HSE

-To liaise with external HSE study consultant to identify HSE activities required, provide necessary inputs and conduct such activities

-To implement and close findings/recommendations resulted from HSE studies/analyses in the design phase

-To conduct site inspection and close all punch list findings to the satisfactory of all parties concerned

-To prepare final HSE compliance dossier at the end of project

 

Requirement

-Degree in Mechanical /Chemical Engineering /Industrial & Systems Engineering or equivalent

4.       Engineer  (Planning)

 

Job Description

-Prepare, monitor and update project schedule and highlight potential delay

-Prepare and issue progress reports to project team and clients

 

Requirement

-Degree in any discipline, preferably in Engineering 

-Knowledge of MS Access will be advantageous

-Ability to work independently in a team environment, and possess strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills

 

 

5.       Engineer (Structural)

 

Job Description

-Perform structural analysis and design

-Prepare and check structural drawings

-Resolve site and technical issues

-Liaise with customers and regulatory bodies on engineering design

 

Requirement

-Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or Naval Architecture

-Min. 3 years of relevant experience in marine Industry

Job Description

-Responsible for software management and control

Job Description

-Assist senior members in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the development of new features and requests

-Assist in User Acceptance Test

-Support helpdesk on trouble shooting (Tier 2/3)

Job Description

-Assist and report to general manager of legal  

-Lead the Corporate Secretarial services area

-Provide legal support to other departments and subsidiaries on contracts negotiations, projects developments, investments and other related issues 

-Liaise and advise subsidiaries on company statutory administration, organize their BOD meetings including preparation or review of BOD papers 

-Prevent, identify and manage possible legal risks

-Assist senior management in identifying the legal risks, if any, in the company’s business process and transactions

13.    Risk Management Executive/ Manager

 

Job Description

-Develop frameworks to identify key risks face by SSTEC and its project companies, with a particular focus on macro-economic, market and policy risks 

-Analyse macro-economic and policy developments in China, particularly Tianjin  

-Develop risk management tools, parameters, measures and policies to mitigate risks 

-Establish frameworks and processes to track and monitor key risks and the effectiveness of mitigation measures 

-Drive risk initiatives and work with departments/business units to implement them

-Make policy and risk recommendations and prepare reports to senior management and the Board across a spectrum of issues

-Build risk management capabilities in SSTEC

-Increase risk management awareness in SSTEC through innovative ways

-Be a good ambassador and advocate of risk management

-Engage thought leadership in risk management field to build capabilities and tap into networks

-Provide functional support to relevant departments 

 

Requirement

-A good university Degree in accounting, actuarial science, business management, economics, engineering, finance and law but other degrees may be considered for strong candidates

- Degree in electrical/automation or related with 3 to5 years working experience in similar function.
