Responsibilities
- To carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance
- To provide all work outputs in an accurately and timely manner
- To act as QS role pro-actively and professionally
- To provide general support to the team
Skills/Experience Required
- Recognized degree or equivalent in related disciplines
- Good communication, inter-personal and supervisory kills
- Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
- Proficient in PC application
- Good organisational and Analytical skills
- Able to manage tasks through to conclusion
- Pro-active approach – able to identify areas of need
- Able to maintain total confidentiality at all times
- A flexible attitude
- Able to manage priorities
- Strong team player
- Integrity and honesty
